| Forced myself to take a break from customer projects to get some work done on my own TT. I have a few track days coming up and had a few things to get installed. I've had a leaking subframe bushing for awhile now that I needed to change out. I've also had a pile of Powertrix arms I needed to get installed as well. I now have some track wheels and tires so I need to be able to dial in the camber and such better so that I don't ruin these things. Let the fun begin. Eric - 300zx90 (CO) gave me a hand with everything. He also talked me into doing all the bushings in the arms and hubs as well. I think he regretted this in the end :). He's in the middle of moving so he has been storing his press at my place which came in handy though.
Drilling out the main bushings. Good stuff. Btw, the 4 hole saw bits I used to do everything was 2-1/8" and 1-3/4" (subframe), 1-1/8" and 1" (diff and lower arm bushings)

Getting the left over collars.
 All stripped down

Taking out the stock hub bushings
Some of the old bushings and collars.
Quick little tool I made to put in the new rear diff bushings
All back together. I washed the subframe and hit the seams with some black paint as there was some surface rust. I would love to have powdercoated everything and have it all nice and new, but I just don't have the time right now. I may do this with my extra subframe that's on my parts car and swap it over later. I didn't touch the diff as I need to tear it back out this fall and get my Leader gears installed. Again, just not enough time right now before the track day.

I also removed the stock Hicas joint and replaced it with a bushing. Eric had posted about these new Hicas rod ends he made a few years ago. We put a set of these on instead. More clearance for wheels and a better connection.

Also had some front components to get installed. Tension rods and upper adjustable arms. I had to remove my spacer kit I was using and reinstall the stock hardware.

Need to get an allignment when I return from vacation before hitting the track. Then in the next couple weeks I hope to get my Jspec bumper (thanks Coz), Scott/Speedy style vented hood (as long as it shows up) and Powertrix replacement spoiler painted and installed before I head to the Z event in Omaha.
